Unionville Vineyards, one of Food & Wine magazine's Top 500 Wineries in the United States seeks the perfect person to join our team as a jack-of-all-trades. The Hospitality Associate has a broad range of job responsibilities, and is excited to:

  • Represent the winery in the Tasting Room as a brand ambassador, storyteller, and sales representative
  • Tend bar at private and public events
  • Give tours to prospective wedding and private event clients
  • Assist in the office, fielding phone calls and returning messages
  • Represent the winery at farmers markets, our satellite tasting bar, and off-site events

The Hospitality Associate is an excellent job for someone with a passion for people, agriculture, and sustainable luxury. You have a can-do, team-oriented attitude, don't shy from hard work, and enjoy being a part of something special. The ideal candidate is starting a career in hospitality, or could be a professional looking for a weekend side hustle, or perhaps someone looking for an amazing, diverse work experience before choosing a career path. You shift from one job to the next, day to day with grace and happiness. You're charming to guests, club members, and clients, and a pleasure as a teammate to work alongside.

This is a part-time job. Compensation is $16 to $22 an hour based on experience and skill. This pay includes tips and bonuses. Someone good at this role could expect to earn $25 an hour. Someone great could do even better.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
