We are looking for a HR & Store Administrator to be based in our store & office in Copenhagen. This position is a very exciting opportunity as it offers a unique mix of responsibilities across: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation and maintenance of all employee paperwork e.g., contract and onboarding information, right to work checks, attendance forms, any other documents held on the employee file Handling and processing all data records according to legal regulations Time and Attendance - Management of all time and attendance processes, in close collaboration with store managers Updating of HR systems and staff records e.g., new hires, leavers, contract changes, transfers Submission of employee paperwork for payroll Handling recruitment process in direct communication with management: screening, arranging interviews and handling job offers Support implementation of HR projects First point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, contract, holiday and other employee related questions. Ad-hoc administrative duties as required CANDIDATE PROFILE: Has studied HR, Law, Business, Sociology or equivalent Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to details Strong communication abilities both written and oral Enthusiastic about working with a team as well as on their own Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude Can do attitude Adaptability to business constraints Mastery of office tools Proficiency in local language SELECTION PROCESS: Step 1: Submit online application.
