We are actively seeking experienced and passionate Inside Sales Associate to join our team!


To be a successful Inside Sales Associate must be someone who:

The Inside Sales Associate is an important ambassador of our brands, at the front lines in our mission to provide a world-class experience for our customers. Serving as the primary contact with our customers (and prospective customers) acting as an advocate for their needs, seeking best-fit solutions with a personal touch. The Inside Sales Associate will be assessed by their adherence to Unique USA’s mission & vision, their passion for service, their obsession with quality, communication skills, professionalism, and drive for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience in each interaction
  • Establish rapport with customers, deliver product value, overcome hesitations, and close sales
  • High volume outbound calls covering the spectrum of hot & cold leads 
  • Going above and beyond our customer’s post-purchase  expectations 
  • Building lasting relationships with individual consumers, designers, and small & large business contacts
  • Demonstrating a customer-centric mindset with critical thinking of how to “wow” customers
  • Giving detailed information on a wide array of our floor covering products
  • Processing orders accurately 
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Management

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Natural ability to connect with people over the phone
  • Demonstrates patience and empathy
  • Demonstrates optimism and enthusiasm
  • Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Assertive and positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure at a constant pace for an entire shift, in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to bend and carry items up to 50lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to multitask while paying attention to details
  • Full-time availability with flexibility to work weekends
  • Must be flexible to travel to our SC locations
