Full-time
Benefits start first of month after hire.
12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotation.
PTO is front loaded starting first date of hire.
Unison Health is seeking dynamic individuals to work in a behavioral health crisis center located in Bowling Green as a registered nurse. This exciting opportunity will allow staff to work collaboratively to implement crisis care best practices. Staff will receive extensive and ongoing training as well as support from supervisors that are available 24-7.
This position provides direct nursing services to clients in consultation with physicians and APRNs to provide the best possible services to our clients.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Current RN license from the State of Ohio.
- Associate's degree in nursing required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to work weekends and holiday rotation.
Primary Duties:
- Assess each patient’s mental and physical health, identifying needs and interventions needed to develop a nursing care plan.
- Manage patient’s medication needs.
- Ensure patient confidentiality.
- Provides and assists crisis team with de-escalation of patient’s experiencing crisis.
- Thoroughly and accurately documents all aspects of patient care provided.
