Full-time
$3,000 sign on bonus! $1,500 at start, $750 at six months, $750 at one year.
Benefits start first of month after hire.
PTO is front loaded after 3 months of employment.

Full-time position available for experienced nurse to work on the FACT Team, an evidenced based model of delivering comprehensive community based behavioral health services to adults with certain serious and persistent mental illnesses who have not benefited from traditional outpatient treatment.
The FACT program operates with the ability to provide services 24 hours per day, seven days a week primarily in the community. Individual selected will be required to participate in weekend, evening and on call rotation.
Qualified candidates must possess current Ohio RN license, CPR and CPI certification. At least 2 years psychiatric nursing experience is required.
