What success looks like in this role:
Unisys has an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Professional to directly support the Dallas office. The ideal Candidate will be an energetic, self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment. As part of the Unisys team in Dallas, you will provide direct executive support to C-Suite Executives as well as day to day administration of the Dallas office.

Office Management Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Complete office management such as: providing onsite administrative services, coordination of office space, mail distribution, accounts payable for office expenses, and meeting preparation
- Interfacing with Building Management, including arranging any necessary repairs or work orders with building management.
- Welcoming and greeting guests; answer phones and directing inquiries; maintain office supply inventory; filing and storage room maintenance, process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Client visit management that includes receiving the clients, ensuring readiness of conference rooms/meeting rooms and to extend necessary hospitality.
- Coordinating visiting executive travel arrangements including scheduling of meetings and events where required.
- Performing some HR related tasks such as verifying I-9 for new employees and helping with the onboarding tasks.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Office service management experience
- Position will require office presence during office hours for 5-days a week (Mon-Fri) – with some flexibility where possible
- Strong organizational, administrative, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) and virtual remote communication technology is essential
- Experience assisting senior level executives and their teams
- Proactive and adaptive approach to working with team members.
- Self-confidence and professional demeanor required in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and discretion handling sensitive and confidential information
