Job Description

Unit4 is seeking a Campaign Specialist, based in the UK, who will focus on the planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns for the UKI region. You will need to work closely with sales and marketing teams across the organization in order to succeed, so collaborative skills are a must. Managing multiple campaigns in order to drive leads, MQLs and opportunities, you will be equally comfortable analysing data and be able to interpret ROI and KPI metrics to help report on marketing performance. Reporting to the Head of UKI Marketing, we are looking for a multi-talented marketing professional who enjoys a variety of tasks and wants to be part of a high performing, collaborative team.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will also include, but not limited to

  • Design, develop, and execute account-based marketing programs and activities
  • Schedule and execute communications and cross-sell initiatives into existing customer accounts
  • Write, edit and proof read copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Work with the digital and creative teams on the creation of campaigns, including display advertising, emails and landing pages
  • Use Marketo to build target list and create tracking codes for campaigns
  • Analyse and report on campaign results, creating performance reports on multiple metrics 
  • Work within a matrix organisation to ensure the campaigns run effectively and leads are followed up correctly   
  • Communicate with multiple UKI sales teams to keep them up to date with campaign plans and development
  • Work with the UKI Events Manager to help execute and communicate field marketing events on schedule, within budget and with excellent attention to details

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of campaign execution experience in a B2B software company. Ideally supporting a sales region in a field marketing or ABM capacity (cloud software experience perferred)
  • Proven track record in executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with social media platforms suitable for B2B C-Suite audiences in specific verticals and segmented by specific personas
  • Ability to create, optimise and measure Landing Pages & comfortable using a CRM
  • Experience working within a matrix environment comprising teams from demand generation, public relations, corporate comms, global marketing, product, digital & social marketing
  • Familiarity with B2B software sales cycle, and how to structure marketing programs to nurture leads, progress opportunities, and accelerate closing
  • Project management and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Strong data and analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Experience of Marketing automation platforms and tools - ideally Marketo, Asana, Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI
