What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Drywall Foreman position at United Contractor Services?
United Contractor Services is a growing national commercial specialty drywall, acoustical ceiling, and painting contractor. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead and complete construction projects throughout the United States.
This opportunity requires knowledge of all aspects of commercial drywall, including metal stud framing, drywall hanging and finishing as well as acoustical ceilings. Must be able to read plans and layout, assist in scheduling labor and materials and ensure quality control.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
We provide the necessary technology and access to cloud reporting systems needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
- 2 to 5 years of commercial drywall experience running medium to large size commercial projects is required. List specific commercial drywall experience on your work history or resume'.
- Ability to travel and work throughout the United States is required.
- Must have current driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a personal car or truck in order to travel to work sites.
- Layout complex construction projects.
- Able to read and comprehend blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Manage and follow project schedules.
- Must be a motivated and detailed oriented.
- Able to communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and employees in a professional manner.
