We are seeking an office assistant to help with the day to day functions of our Louisburg office.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones in a professional manner and directing calls appropriately
- Staffing Patients
- Employment Verifications
- Entering Billing Payments
- Other General Office Tasks
*Salary is negotiable*
EDUCATION
Must be a high school graduate. Must have knowledge of Excel program and basic computer, phone, and customer service skills.
EXPERIENCE
Prefer one (1) year experience in home care office setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have leadership ability.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be motivated and able to work effectively and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Display good communication skills to public and co-workers.
- Must be able to efficiently assist in the required day-to-day functions.
- Must be able to work directly with your supervisor.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Any other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
