Main Focus:
Manufacturing and blending product to meet customer demands. Functional areas may include packing, B-2 (wetroom), and ribbon blender.
Accountabilities:

• Packing/palletizing
• Labeling
• Scanning
• Completion of paperwork
• Manufacture of organic peroxides
• Blending of product in ribbon blender

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and tend automatic mixing and pack-out machine
• Loads ingredients into mixing machines and reactors from bulk tanks and drums in all buildings.
• Start machines and adjust valves to admit raw materials or cooling fluids into mixing chamber to aid in blending
• Operate machine until batch reaches desired specification and turns lever to unload mixture into containers
• Operates auxiliary equipment to prepare mixture for final processing
• Fill containers with product
• Select and apply proper labels
• Utilize lift equipment
• Clean for changeover
• Completes paperwork regarding the process of the finished products (batch sheets), set up printer and print labels, and utilize ERP system to scan in labels for inventory management
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must meet fit to work policy
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and OT
• Must have basic math skills
• Be able to lift 55 lbs on a regular basis, at times be able to lift 110 lbs, be able to exert 100 lbs of force occasionally
• Pass employment physical including ability to stand, overhead reach, walk, push, stoop, climb, crouch, kneel, pull, hear, talk, see, grasp, sit, and carry.
• High school degree or GED
• Fluent in English – reading and writing
• Must be able to distinguish color
• Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE
