United Methodist Communities at Covenant Place in Ocean City, NJ has an opening for a Maintenance Associate-Housing for 30 hours a week. Responsible for Housekeeping including cleaning, sanitizing of offices, public bathrooms, common areas, kitchen grounds, trash and recycling, and all basic cleaning.
Assists with apartment turnover, including painting, cleaning, repairing, ect. and assisting residents with move out/in as required. Performs some property upkeep such as snow removal and minor landscaping when necessary.
Must be comfortable with use of the computer to input work orders and use e-mail. Must have good customer service skills and a high level of integrity, respect and personality to work well with older adults.
