What are the responsibilities and job description for the Anti-Human Trafficking Manager position at United Migrant Opportunity Services?
Anti- Human Trafficking Manager Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervises and leads the WI Labor Trafficking project comprising project staff and MDT partner agencies.
2. Build and maintain strong positive relationships with leadership and staff at MDT agencies.
3. Implement culturally and linguistically specific victim services for victims impacted by labor trafficking.
4. Manage grant objectives in accordance funder direction, including completing progress reports/grant reports, tracking performance measures, and making budget recommendations; ensure compliance with terms and policies of the funding source.
5. Prepare and facilitate action-oriented meetings of the involved law enforcement agencies and service providers to enhance collaboration, provide updated information and training between partners.
6. Develop and oversee a coordinated response to providing victim-centered and trauma-informed care and resources for labor trafficking victims.
7. Conduct outreach to expand participation and to ensure diverse and appropriate ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING MANAGER representation within the MDT.
8. Oversee the facilitation of specialized anti-human trafficking trainings and community education.
9. Network with regional and national partners, including the US Department of Justice Office of Victims of Crime, and to access federal training resources and information.
10. Develop Wisconsin resources to address labor trafficking and serve victims.
11. Maintain awareness of research, trends, and national legislation and policies on labor trafficking, farmworker rights, and victim’s rights and services.
12. Develop data tracking framework/performance metrics and oversee data collection from MDT partners; maintain confidentiality and safeguard/protect of all personally identifiable information (PII).
13. Facilitate confidential survivor feedback mechanisms (e.g., focus groups, surveys, interviews, etc.) to inform project activities, enhancements, and improvement
. 14. Serve as primary liaison with funders and primary subrecipient partners, maintaining ongoing effective communication.
15. Assist with various project administrative tasks, attend meetings/trainings/conferences, and perform other duties, as assigned.

Anti- Human Trafficking Manager Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology, Social Science and/or related field.
2. At least three years of experience in leading and managing project teams, including direct supervision of employees.
3. Proven experience in program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of quantitative performance measures, including tracking/collecting/analyzing data for reporting and process improvement purposes. 4. Knowledge of state and local justice and public safety agencies, their programs, organizational structure, and roles in the public safety or justice systems.
5. Considerable skill in working, establishing, and maintaining effective interpersonal working relationships with staff, peers, and external contacts, including law enforcement agencies.
6. Experience facilitating groups, building team cohesiveness, and practicing diplomacy.
7. Capable of remaining highly organized with attention to detail while multi-tasking and continuously re-prioritizing work.
8. Must be willing and able to travel within and outside of Wisconsin and work irregular hours (weekends and evenings).
9. Must have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver’s license, and have adequate insurance.

Salary : $39,900 - $50,500
