We are looking for a Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our field agents, providing exceptional service and assisting them with their scheduling.

- Schedule appointments via phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with the scheduling deliveries of their estate plans or annual review
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our delivery requirements
- Work as a liaison between our field agents and customers to ensure delivery of services
- Maintain proper call log records and update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding customer requirements
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Positive and friendly attitude
