Job Skills / Requirements
United Protective Services is currently recruiting a Security Supervisor to work out of the Oklahoma City branch office. The position will work 40 hours per week generally on overnight shifts.
Schedule Monday-Friday 10:30pm-6:30pm
Pay $17.00 per hour
The position will start/end the shift at the branch office where the Supervisor will be responsible for picking up the phone, tablet, and vehicle. At the end of the shift the Security Supervisor will drop off equipment and documents collected during the shift.
What are we looking for:

- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
- You will be performing progressive disciplinary measures across the branch.
- You will be the first response to incidents across multiple client locations and will be looked to in order to ensure an accurate and detailed report is provided for the situation
- Security Supervisor will conduct uniform and post inspections on security officers in the field.
- Security Supervisor must be very proficient with a electronic equipment.
- Security Supervisor must be able to assist with training of new officers.
- Security Supervisor needs to be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Your background:
- We prefer someone with a CLEET license.
- You have experience working in a supervisory role (Lead, Shift Lead, Field Supv)
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
- Candidates must have a clean driving record since the posion is a using a company vehicle.
The candidates applying for this position need to be very flexible with the schedule. On occasion the position may call to come in early, work extra coverage, or help fill in for call offs.
