What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend PT Security Officer position at United Protective Services?
United Protective Services is looking for a Part-time Flex Security Officer with weekend availability.
The candidate will provide security detail as outlined in the post orders and establish working relationships with team members, clients, local law enforcement, and fire departments. Security personnel will always perform job duties with a constant awareness of their surroundings, making note of all activity that takes place in the assigned area. Floater security officers must maintain a professional image and always demonstrate excellent customer service.
PAY: $16.00
Job Duties
- Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by the management team.
- Engage in conflict resolution on site.
- Assist client with duties as assigned.
- Aid in maintaining an orderly workplace.
- Make decisions regarding the safety & security of the site with the aid of United Protective Services post orders.
- Create incident reports for unique incidents on site.
- Observe and report all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
- Ensure all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during, and after each shift.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work outside in the elements.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as necessary.
