Description :
United Recovery Project provides a full continuum of care for substance abuse rehabilitation and a residential program for mental health.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our admissions team. No experience necessary, but must have the qualifications listed below.

Experience :
Must be able to type at 40-60 WPM.
Must be comfortable with multitasking - multiple chats at once, answering questions / asking questions.
Experience preferred, not required. We can train you!
Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery process preferred.
Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
Knowledge of Sales tactics preferred.
Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator :
Receives incoming Chats from those seeking treatment or their loved ones.
Gathers demographics and information needed for opportunity.
Identifies customer problems and creates solutions.
Builds rapport with customers and family.
Enters all necessary client information into Salesforce.
Makes outbound calls to old reports in downtime.
Utilizes sales skills / tactics.
