Location: Sumner, WA (98390)
Shift: 7am – 3:30pm (Schedule = Wednesday through Sunday)
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $20.00
Note: This position is in office (Non-Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service support with order entry and phone sales responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers
- Processes data entry for driver logs and credits
- Confers with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or obtain details of complaints
- Assists senior sales staff with calls and various administrative tasks as requested
- Keeps notations of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints as well as actions taken
- Resolves customer’s service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
- Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry
- Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems
- Manages incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-line phone
- Responds to e-mail inquiries in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience (including over-the-phone and in-person)
- Experience in de-escalating conflict
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve
- Positive friendly attitude
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced/energetic environment
- Self-motivated, self-starter that works well in a team environment
- Previous experience with the Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook primarily) strongly preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively with all departments as necessary
- Multi-tasking with a strong emphasis on thinking on your feet
- Demonstrated customer service success
- 10 key accuracy and proficiency
- Position is contingent upon a successful background check and ability to pass a drug screen, including THC.
