Role Description
This position is responsible for delivering the annual revenue budget for the assigned sales territory within the Region. This is accomplished via managing the direct sales force, customer relationships and the overall pricing strategy.
Essential Functions
- Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
- Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
- Responsible for all Region / Branch pricing Selection, Onboarding, Training of all new Sales team associates
- Maintains relationships with top customers in each market Conducts and documents Sales Rep ride-alongs
- Strong CRM User – conducts monthly pipeline reviews with sales reps to review activity and opportunity pipeline vs. targets
- Establishes individual Sales Rep targets and holds them accountable for results.
- Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with VP of marketing.
- Manages sales rep expenses Closely monitors dedicated Inside Sales associate performance via communication with Director of Inside Sales
- Maintains excellent communication and coordination with Inside Sales and Customer Care centers
- Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
- Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
- Coordinate and complete special or other projects assigned as needed.
- Contributes to overall USS Sales Organization improvement initiatives

- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license required in cases where travel off site is needed.
- Travel requirement is approximately 50% to 75%.
- This position may have access to a company pool vehicle, if available, to travel to off-site locations when necessary.
- If no pool vehicle is available, the associate will be eligible for mileage reimbursement, as per current IRS guidelines or reimbursed for rental vehicle expenses incurred.

Physical Requirements
- Tolerate moderate noise levels in yard, branch and office environments.
- Associate is exposed to air conditioning while working indoors and hot or cold conditions when traveling to off site locations.
- Associate may also be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals while visiting service yards.
- This position requires travel, more than 50%.
- Most travel is within the states and cities that comprise the Region and requires overnight durations.

Salary Range
$170,000.00/Hr. – $300,000.00/Hr. / year

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
