Job Description: We are currently seeking a Field Sales Associate to join our team at United Solar. As a Field Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers and promoting our solar solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar solutions and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
