Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience with U.S. Navy surface ship casualty reporting systems.Mastery knowledge of U.S. Navy surface ship C5I material and readiness operations.
- Experience in monitoring and coordination of the management and execution of command and directorate business activities, critical support services, and long-range strategic planning across a major Multi-mission Military Command.
- Mastery level skills in oral and written communication techniques to develop position papers as well as develop and present information convincingly to audiences, including outside agencies and private sector representatives with divergent and conflicting views on issues involved.
- Mastery level knowledge of all aspects of CSI mission, tasks, functions, governing directives, instructions and associated policies and regulations to conduct staffing requirements, and manage N 6 C5I Material and Operational Readiness functions and Surface Warfare.
