The Office of Senator Mark Kelly seeks a creative, self-driven Spanish Digital Assistant to join our communications team in our Phoenix office. Reporting to the Digital Director, the Spanish Digital Assistant will assist the team with daily operations — helping manage video filming, editing, and captioning; drafting and posting social media content in both English and Spanish; manage all digital translation needs; assisting in the management of the office website and helping produce constituent newsletters. The role requires the ability to manage both tight deadlines and longer-term projects. Qualified applicants will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be well organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess superior interpersonal skills. The Office is currently operating under a remote posture, but the candidate will be expected to report in person with adequate notice once the office reopens. This is an entry level position with a salary of $40,000 and is eligible for benefits.
