Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will organize and arrange scheduling and logistics needs for all activities within a specified customer base. This individual is self-motivated and willing to commit to projects as assigned. At any point in time, a Project Coordinator will be planning for projects next week, tracking projects currently in progress, and reconciling projects from last week. The Weekend Project Coordinator is detail oriented, problem solver, a team player, willing to learn, and excellent communicator. This position will partner with multiple departments in the organization and has great potential for growth. The Weekend Schedule is 4 (10 hour) days – Thursday through Sunday but may include additional time during the week for scheduling needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordination of all activities within an assigned customer base including but not limited to:
• Coordination of rental and support equipment
• Coordination of delivery equipment
• Arranging travel and hotel accommodations for installation team
• Compiling, storing and distributing project specific information in a timely manner to customers and employees
• Responsible for routine audits of labor and expense reports
• Maintaining a travel budget and filed labor points
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies
• Responsible for reconciling jobs within the assigned customer base
• Follow all DOT and OSHA guidelines
• Performing other related duties as assigned by Management

Education and Experience:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field preferred
• Previous Logistics, Scheduling/Planning, Travel Arrangements experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for 8 hours per day
• Lifting up to 15lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
