What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Scanner position at United Wholesale Mortgage?
The Accounting Scanner will be responsible for the timely scanning of all payables paperwork and entering scans into the accounting system. This person would also be responsible for creating new vendors in Loan Vison and logging all incoming checks.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong sense of urgency with meeting deadlines
- Periodic overtime is required
- High School Diploma
- Onsite attendance is required
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Scan processed checks, invoices and other documents into the accounting system.
- Adding new vendors and updating existing vendors as required.
- Logging all incoming checks in excel file daily.
- Pulling documents for audits.
- Assisting in other projects as required.
