What are the responsibilities and job description for the Servicing Data Coordinator position at United Wholesale Mortgage?

 :
The Servicing Data Coordinator will be working closely with all Servicing Leaders and multiple IT teams as a Subject Matter Expert for Servicing to provide feedback and request support for application and client needs, as well as any other technology analytics requested for the success of the Team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Working closely with Servicing Leaders for new data enhancements to establish new KPIs, KRIs, and discovery of automation opportunities
  • Working with the Servicing Business Partnership Team in IT as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Working closely with the IT App Support Desk and providing coaching from feedback on support tickets and client opportunities
  • Working closely with Data Services to ensure proper data from sub-servicers is being appropriately defined, joined and landed in the servicing data mart.
  • Creating worksheets and performing analysis for the business unit
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • 6 months of mortgage experience
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge and experience working with SQL
  • Ability to perform analysis, reconciling data and presenting to senior management
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • High School Diploma
  • Onsite attendance is required

Preferred
  • 1 years of general mortgage servicing knowledge
