The Network Lease Associate Director supports operation requirements and works to develop and enhance processes to create more efficient approaches towards compliance and client commitments in product offerings. Responsibilities also include managing maintenance on achieved solutions and operational performance metrics/reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategizes and oversees all aspects of the design, implementation and maintenance of our network lease program and policies
- Develop major goals and leads initiatives to support broad functional objectives and works cross-functionally with other teams to achieve them
- Influences and support cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to continuously improve the workplace environment, enhance engagement, and promote inclusion
- Provide business rules and requirements for IT development of system tools to support new processes and/or enhancements
- Collaborate with others to develop policies and procedures and implement solutions that ensure adherence to program
- Maintain proper documentation of policies and procedures, process flows, SOP’s, Job Aides, etc.
- Motivate and inspire other team members
Required Competencies:
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making ability and the ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in the performance of all assigned duties

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of combined business operations, program management, and consulting experience
- Leadership experience with responsibility for business results in a fast-paced, multi-function environment
- PBM Experience
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access

Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Experience working with RxClaim/Claim Processing
- Knowledge of pharmacy pricing aspects
- Knowledge of Provider networks and/or affiliations

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
