Our Optum Medica BPO operations team provides backend support for Medica’s benefit configuration, billing, enrollment, claims, encounters, and call center needs. In this role, you will provide learning support to operations staff through the delivery and development of learning solutions. You will partner with leadership and SMEs to determine and facilitate training or other activities to ensure learning transfer occurs and performance gaps are met.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
