You’ll be responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 07:00am – 05:00pm CST.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and development of a Benefit content management process using agile methodologies, including analysis, coding, and testing of benefit templates)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality insights under time pressure that includes flexibility to the business’ changing needs.
- Research and resolve Structural issues and maintain appropriate quality levels and production turnaround times.
- Actively participate in activities to support business agility within the organization.
- Record progress of implementation activities daily and report the status.
- Document process flows and create SOPs as needed in order to train new hires.
- Represent Our United Culture missions and values in all activities, demonstrating exemplary customer service with internal and external team members
While this role has serious impact, it's not easy. Deadlines can be intense and having a keen attention to detail is critical to maintaining workflow and project time lines.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1 years of experience working in an office setting
- Experience executing critical thinking in solving complex problems
- Experience leading and/or facilitating meetings to achieve desired outcomes
- Experience recording progress of implementation activities daily and reporting the status
- Experience using Microsoft Word for data entry and creating new documents
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, edit/create spreadsheets)
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
- Experience acting as a liaison between business and IT teams
- Team facilitation expertise including tailoring communication to audience, and providing training to new hires on the content Management tool.
- Agile Experience
- Experience in XML
Soft Skills:
- Adopt and adhere to best practices, processes and procedures, tools and standards as applicable

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $26.15 - $46.63. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $28.85 - $51.30.
