A Lead Front Pharmacy Technician is specialized and well trained on a team’s process and procedures. The Lead Front Pharmacy Technician's role is designed to build a stronger, more cohesive team dynamic and positively impact the culture while assisting with the daily work of the team.
The Lead Front Pharm Tech reports directly to the supervisor and manager who oversees the team and manages the team workflow and personnel.
Work location: Remote in Illinois and Iowa
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, 40 hours a week.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Training specific queue procedures
- Assists in creating/updating procedures. Ensures procedures remain updated with process changes
- Assign team daily work. Adjust assignments throughout the day as needed
- Q&A
- Co-leading huddles
- Working in queues to assist in workload where necessary
- Identify AIT trends and support associated ongoing training
- Partner with supervisor/manager to support team
- Effectively present information in larger and small group situations
- Proven ability to teach and coach new team members on systems and procedures
- Proven super-user in database systems

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 6 months of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of residence
- 6 months of experience in a Pharmacy setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
