Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive operational discipline and efficiencies through the continued development and evolution of a marketing tech stack
- Work across marketing groups to develop and maintain best in class workflow and processes
- Evaluate and recommend next generation tools and technologies
- Possess an understating of the creative process
- Support large, complex enterprise programs to achieve key business, consumer and technology objectives
- Collaborate & direct cross-functional and / or cross-segment teams
- Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and / or approaches
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of program work efforts
- Deliver programs on time, within budget, and to the stated deliverables through the use of structured program / project management processes
- Responsible for assembling all planning, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating issues appropriately
- Responsible for tracking key program deliverables and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the customers
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts scope, budget, and resources of the work being managed
Focus Areas:
- Development of a comprehensive content ecosystem
- Lead the implementation of a Content Management System
- Modernize the marketing workflow process
- Assist primary users and SMEs with process review, enhancement roadmap recommendations, template creation, identification of best practices and SOP development
- Advise teams on tool administration and admin support role functions
- Manage integration points
- Identify opportunities to integrate tools across system
- Prioritize based on business impact, cost and timing
- Vendor Management
- Serve as liaison and primary point person for vendors
- Lead contract executions and renewal
- Mange seat licenses (where appropriate)
- Partner with ES&P to hold QBRs with key suppliers
- Budget tracking
- Data Analytics & KPIs:
- Support leaders in the development of data and reporting structures to measure effectiveness of functions and assets

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of Program & Project Management experience, process improvement or portfolio management in a large matrix / enterprise environment (preferably in healthcare or related industry)
- 3 years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated Marketing Technology stack Infrastructure experience
- Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis $3-5M or more
- Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise
- C-level interface and presentation skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience demonstrating organization skills
- 3 years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
- Experience with capabilities Adobe Experience Manager; Workfront; Jira; Google Analytics; and other content management; workflow management; and analytics software
