As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm; Hours may change based on business needs

Location:  1945 LAS VEGAS BLVD SOUTH LAS VEGAS, NV  89104 (building is marked as ‘Culinary Pharmacy’); may need to support other locations within the Las Vegas Mero area when business requires

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information; fill & pick up
• Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Nevada
• 4 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician 
• Ability to wear a mask at all times during shift if not vaccinated for flu and COVID-19
• Ability to stand for the whole work shift
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) 

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Nevada residents is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour.
