Surest is looking for a skilled and results-driven digital marketing strategist responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital strategy. Reporting to the Assoc. Director of Marketing Operations, this individual will build a cohesive content and channel strategy in partnership with the content team. These strategies will be focused on our digital channels, such as our owned websites, social media, email, paid search, display, paid media campaigns, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices to share and educate the marketing team
Partner with vendor partners and the internal marketing team to manage digital campaigns including but not limited to email, landing pages, creative, and advertising across B2B, B2B2C and B2C audiences
Provide input and recommendations on social media strategy and execution, working with content strategy team
Lead, define and design demand campaigns for the sales organization
Lead our teams in A/B campaign testing to trial new ideas for effectiveness. Incorporate learning ongoing to continue to test, learn, ideate, and build for the future
Partner with internal teams to continue to refine and optimize Surest.com to be a best-in-class experience
Working collaboratively with product, partner to create optimal experiences on the Surest app and site
Continue to refine and optimize Surest landing pages for optimal performance, contributing to overall goals
Proactively manage, identify, and address campaign performance issues and facilitate resolutions to problems when discovered
Monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many channels. Reporting campaign results and make recommendations for improvements
Use analytics and best practices to incorporate SEO, conversion goals, and optimized user experience into digital content and tactics across all digital channels
Strategic Skills:
Assist in development of integrated marketing plans, leading digital strategy focused on moving consumer through funnel to conversion
Represent digital channels in cross-functional task forces and planning/action meetings
Align with internal teams to champion best practices in digital marketing and establish benchmarks for measuring success of digital marketing programs and tactics

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4 years of digital marketing experience
3 years creating and executing digital strategies for website, paid, and/or mobile channels with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and demand-side platforms
3 years of experience strategizing, building and optimizing campaigns in collaboration with the team
3 years of experience in digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social and SEM
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with vendors and agencies on creative and technology
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience with digital marketing technologies, Marketo, Braze, Contentful, and Salesforce
Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS
Demonstrated exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written creative skills
Proven self-starter, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting
