We are now seeking an energetic professional to join our growing team as the Auction Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading office staff and overseeing administrative and operational functions, creating excellence in customer experience and quality of work. Being known of as the 'Director of First Impressions', we are looking for a friendly, customer service focused individual, that's well organized and goal oriented who will positively tackle the challenges of supporting a fast-paced auction office.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and front office staff by maintaining company policies and service expectation
- Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person to clients and customers
- Maintain and develop office staff by training and supervising employees, monitor and evaluate job performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Maintain and oversee sale day process and flow according to company policies
- Handle and manage AR and AP
- Process and verify weekly reports after sale day and close to ensure accuracy
- Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management

Experience and Skills:
Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Business preferred or related field
- Previous office management experience required (in the automotive industry, a plus)
- Accounts Payable and Receivable a plus
- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
- Highly goal and customer service orientated.
- Proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
