Customer Service Sales Representative
Location: Remote, Virtual, Work From Home

InsuraTec Services Group is seeking self-motivated and client-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our insurance products. This is a commission-only position with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and provide outstanding customer service
- Promote insurance products and services to potential clients
- Work with leads provided, no cold calling or door-to-door sales required
- Attend training sessions to obtain necessary insurance license
- Maintain a high level of integrity, transparency, and diversity in all interactions
- Demonstrate relentlessness and drive to achieve sales goals
- Uphold the company's values of client focus, leads-driven approach, and self-motivation
Qualifications:
- Must be self-paced, driven, and motivated to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
- Willingness to obtain the necessary insurance license (training provided)
