- Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance license.

Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
