Position Overview:
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating insurance sales by building strong relationships with clients. This is a remote, virtual position that offers flexible hours, allowing you to achieve a work-life balance while pursuing your career goals. We provide comprehensive training to help you obtain the necessary insurance license, even if you have no prior experience in the industry. This role is focused on client support and driven by high-quality leads; there is no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns.
  • Sales: Generate insurance sales through leads provided, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Leads Driven: Work with high-quality leads to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Training: Participate in training programs provided by InsuraTec Services Group to obtain the necessary insurance license and enhance your sales skills.
  • Integrity: Conduct all interactions with clients and colleagues with honesty, transparency, and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Must be self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must be able to obtain the necessary insurance license.
  • Full-time availability, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
