Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance Sales: Sell life insurance policies to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable coverage options.
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Leads Driven: Follow up on leads provided, maintain a leads database, and proactively generate new leads to expand your client base.
  • Training Provided: Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
  • No Cold Calling or Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with clients through warm leads and avoid intrusive sales methods.
  • Compliance: Obtain the necessary insurance license to operate legally and adhere to industry regulations.
  • Self-Motivated: Work independently, set your own goals, and stay driven to achieve targets.
  • Diversity and Integrity: Embrace diversity, demonstrate transparency, and uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries, and assist with policy-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance License: Must obtain the required insurance license to operate as a life insurance agent.
