- Department: St Joseph Hospital Health Center - Patient Care Unit 1-5
- Shift Timings: 1900-0730- Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours)
- Per Week: 36 Hours
- Acute Medical Inpatient RN, Med/Surg
- 36 hours per week, 3x12N 1900-0730 Possible Floating to support staffing within Med/Surg Every other Weekend Every other Holiday No On Call requirements BLS required EHR-EPIC ONLY contracts 75 mile radius considered
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
