We seek motivated and organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a productive team environment. We are currently adding one full-time position to our team. Hourly pay based on experience with opportunity for advancement and bonuses for strong individuals.
A Searcher’s main responsibilities will be to manage and track 100 to 150 client title search orders from inception to completion. Review and extract field searcher’s report for vesting information such as mortgages, liens, judgements etc. to form one cohesive report for the client, communicate between client and field searchers via email, phone and website.
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal employees and external clients.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
