The Field Interviewer will be responsible for generating guest satisfaction surveys on a year-round basis. As a member of the Consumer Insights Field Team, he/she will serve as the voice of our valued guests and provide quality data collection. Our mission and ultimate goal is to provide unbiased guest feedback enabling Universal to make strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:
Ensure interviews conducted are done with the highest level of quality by properly administering each survey without falsification of data and bias.
Perform survey research by using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines
Meet assigned quota for survey collection
Record respondent’s answer’s with 100% accuracy, including typing respondent’s verbal answers to survey questions.
Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older
High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience
Job Demands:
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
The noise level is generally moderate to high
Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
Schedule:
Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay:
$19 per hour
