Job Summary
The Information Technology Support’s responsibilities include providing end user support to staff, deploying various hardware solutions, and maintaining and developing technology assets, including hardware and software. The Information Technology Support reports to the Information Technology Manager.
Essential Functions

End User Support
Provide end user technical support and training to all areas of the business.
Document all troubleshooting processes as well as maintain internal documentation for reference and training purposes.
Hardware Deployment
Configure the IT environment for new and existing staff.
Install and configure network data lines, switches, printers, and POS solutions.
Technology Asset Maintenance
Support and maintain hardware and software solutions, including diligently tracking all IT assets.
Provide assistance in the design, development, documentation and testing of various system solutions.
Complete other duties as required or requested based on provided duty guidelines and timelines.

Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year’s experience in the technical support field.
CompTIA A certification preferred, but not required.
Experience in Meraki, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and retail POS systems are a plus.
Physical Demands
Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others.
Exerting up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds via dolly) of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Work Environment
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Indoor and outdoor work environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather.
Frequent exposure to computer screens emitting blue light.
Hours of work are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends during busy times.
