Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in health, business, or related field plus six (6) years of experience in project management for programs designed for the community, outreach, and educationincluding two to three years of supervisory experience OR a High School Diploma plus eight (8) years of experience in project management for programs designed for the community, outreach, and education OR a Bachelor's Degree health, business, or related field plus four (4) years of experience in project management for programs designed for the community, outreach, and educationincluding two to three years of supervisory experience.
Certification:
LPN or RN in Arkansas preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to follow oral instructionand read and write in English.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong problem solving skills; able to understand and analyze complex human subject research issues; ability to work independently and interdependently; experience with Microsoft Office required; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work under deadline pressure.
Must have mature judgment, as confidential information is routinely encountered.
Valid driver's' license required with current automobile insurance and reliable car for moderate travel throughout Northwest Arkansas (NWA) and surrounding communities (mileage reimbursed at the current state mileage reimbursement rate). A state vehicle is not available.
Occasional out-of-state travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages and provides direct services for participants at mobile health events; works alongside nurse project manager, project coordinator, and Senior Director to ensure coordination of efforts; operates and drives mobile health unit.
Manage day-to-day integration of mobile health team CHWs: this includes scheduling, staffing, supervisory, HR actions, and onboarding of new employees.
Other duties as assigned.
