UNIVERSITY OF BEER (UOB) is looking for an energetic and experienced (2 years) BAR MANAGER to manage daily operations of a successful, high-volume Bar. This is a salaried position that starts at $65k annually.
Duties
· Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with Company’s mission of providing the most compelling craft beer experience possible by perfecting the simple touches that create positive guest reactions.
· Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
· Achieve Company’s objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, and cleanliness by means of training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
Salary : $65,000
