This position requires candidates to be fully COVID19 vaccinated and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Responsibilities
Follow and execute all company processes/procedures
Answer high volume multi-line phone system in a professional manner
Professionally and effectively communicate with patients
Schedule all appointments
Collect all patient co-pays and balances at time of service
Register new patients into computer system
Pull, file, and prepare patient charts
Scan various documents
Email/Mail patient paperwork
Efficiently perform check-in and check-out process
Ensure patient paperwork/records are complete and current
Maintain cleanliness and organized appearance of the front desk and waiting area
Strictly adhere to HIPAA standards in the protection of patient personal information
Retrieve messages from voicemail and follow processes to ensure messages are routed to appropriate department
Carry out any administrative tasks assigned by Manager and/or Providers
Medical Records
Requirements
EPIC Software Experience
Medical and Dental insurance experience
Team Oriented but able to perform individually
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Ability to remain polite and professional at all times
Punctual and reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
