The Assistant Director of the School of Nursing (SON) Student Services participates in and is responsible for ensuring positive outcomes for all operations (recruitment/retention, admissions, orientations, academic advising, academic actions, public relations); and Student Services staff supervision. Included in the role are management of student and program data and preparation of reports; staff development and evaluation; and development and implementation of operational plans, policies, procedures, and quality improvement strategies. This role reports to the Dean.
