You will join the foundation at an exciting time, with the opportunity to make a transformational impact. The foundation is in the public phase of a historic campaign to raise $3 billion to build a better future for Nebraska. The campaign is being led by many enthusiastic volunteers representing all areas of the University of Nebraska System. This paid position offers a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week, professional experience, learning opportunities, and a convenient work location in the downtown Lincoln area. We anticipate hiring for this position as soon as possible.

Ways you will make an impact: 

  • Assist our Legal team in our gift documentation update and review process.
  • Review documents to ensure funds are used appropriately and according to donor intent within the University of Nebraska.
  • Examine historical data and input updated, relevant information.
  • Responsible for a wide range of activities encompassing administrative tasks.
  • Provide general office support to the Legal team and, when time allows, to other foundation departments as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • Minimum Education: Current undergraduate status/enrollment at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically, proofreading.
  • Discretion in handling confidential matters and information.
