The Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska (BHECN) American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) seeks to hire an ARPA Program Manager. The ARPA Program Manager will support more than 100 BHECN ARPA organizations and behavioral health providers in Nebraska. The ARPA Program Manager will provide behavioral health clinicians and the organizations they work for with technical project assistance and liaise between providers, community resources, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center Sponsored Programs Administration. The person who fills this position will foster collaboration between providers and organizations in Nebraska. The ARPA Program Manager will also manage all BHECN ARPA Program Evaluation efforts, including one-on-one meetings to collect award progress and performance data from awarded organizations. These efforts will require training and management of our administrative assistant in data collection and management. Lastly, this position will manage the program’s financial analyst and ensure that all invoicing and payments align with BHECN ARPA awardee’s subcontract agreements and scopes of work.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to write clear and concise reports and accessible stakeholder-facing memos and newsletters, briefs, and presentation materials. To work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Experience
Familiarity with mental health and substance use disorder prevention and treatment programs. Experience creating survey data collection instruments. Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting descriptive data.
