Wilson College of Business – Office for Professional Distinction
Responsibilities: Coordinates the operations of the Office for Professional Distinction (OPD) in the Wilson College of Business by managing the Peer Advisor program and general office operations; supports advising of business students; supports college enrollment efforts by working with Office of Admissions, advisors, and Wilson Business Student Ambassadors in ensuring prospective students and families have positive experiences during visits; meets with prospective student and families; and assists in planning, scheduling, and execution of weekly workshops for the Professional Readiness Program.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; at least one year of related experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders; and strong problem-solving skills required. Student experience will be considered. Fall 2024 Graduates will be considered. Degree must be conferred prior to start date. Occasional work outside normal work hours and occasional travel will be necessary.
