Retail Assistant Floor Manager Job Description
- Monitor the sales floor of store to carry out the assigned floor activities effectively they ensure the smooth and timely completion of the floor duties
- "Front" or tidy up the store displays, create new displays and merchandise the goods so that they show the best possible presentation.
- Direct and supervise staff to ensure they meet set objectives * Know how to run cash registers and handle simple customer complaints.
- Take care of customers and resolve any issues.
- Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply.
- Check the availability of the stocks and arrange for the supplies of the inventories in time.
- Work to create a good experience for customers shopping in our store. Floor Manager Requirements
- 2 or more years work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Making effective decisions. Being a good team player and managing stress
- Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous. * Highly organized

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
