Position Overview:

UniVista is seeking a results-driven and experienced professional to join our team as the Regional Director of Operations for the Florida market. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational efficiency across multiple locations throughout Florida. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all franchise locations across the Florida market.
- Collaborate with branch managers to implement and enforce standardized operational and regulatory procedures. Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality standards in service delivery.
- Ensure that all locations are compliant with company standards, provide support to franchisees, and resolve any operational issues.
- Manage all outward communications to franchisees.

Analyze financial data and create & understand reports to track key KPIs of the franchise system.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the senior management team and franchisees.
- Monitor KPIs and work closely with branch managers to achieve and exceed performance targets. Implement corrective measures when necessary.

Develop and implement new operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency, customer service, and profitability.
- Develop new training programs, implement new technologies, or change the way that franchises are managed if needed.
- Create tiers for franchise system, improvement, correction, and termination plans for existing franchisees.

Help in the process of onboarding and training new franchisees.
- Work with team to develop trainings on company standards to help franchisees get their businesses up and running.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs for branch staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance employee skills and performance.

Maintain relationships with existing franchisees, including providing support and guidance, resolving disputes, and ensuring franchisees are satisfied with their investment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry or within adjacent industries.
Strong understanding of multi-unit insurance operations, regulations, and market trends.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
