Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate RVs, highlighting key features and benefits to help customers find their perfect match.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and answer customer questions with confidence.
- Assist customers with financing options and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain strong relationships and drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to ensure top-notch service.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of financing options is preferred but optional; training will be provided.
- Team-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
